Dayam! Complete destruction!!! That sux. What happened? That's gotta hurt. I know how I felt when they tried taking my wing but THIS!!!?!? no words.

Well I wanted to know one thing.... Since that car is pretty much fubared.... is there any chance of me buying that driver's side rear view mirror from you? I don't need the entire case just the mirror and the plastic peice that holds the mirror! Thanks and sorry about the car!

Ugghhh...I think I'm gonna be sick. That's freakin horrible. Your car...so pretty...all gone!!! Sorry to see those pics Badboy. You're car is the only reason that I got the WW body kit in the first place. I remember seeing it first on H-A.net. The JDM front end would have been my next investment.

Here is what happened:

On October 9th at 3:30pm, my car died and I suffered some damaged too. It wasn't raining, but had rained a couple hours earlier. There was nothing in the road and I was only going about 30mph. I was heading onto a interchange merging into the Capital City Freeway. As I was approaching the narrow two-lane interchange my car started to slip & slide, like it was going over water or something. I tried to correct and I almost had it, until my car turned sharply to the right and I ended up hiting the cement barrier on the other lane head on and then it did a 360. My car ending up facing traffic sideways in the lane I was in originally and I thought I was going to get hit on the driver's side too, but all the cars stopped. I was about that time, ready to die and I wasn't afraid to go either. During that whole 10 seconds ordeal, the only thing that was on my mind was that I didn't want my front end to get messed up. But, knowing my luck, that was the part that hit the cement barrier.
I don't know what caused me to lose control like that. I wasn't speeding and there wasn't any standing water on a turning interchange. I was told it could of been oil, because it did make my whole car slip & slide around. I backed up traffic for miles since it was getting close to traffic. People I know said they saw my car on the news and passed by my car too. Everyone was really worried and concerned about me. They couldn't believe that I didn't die, since I took out my airbag out, front bumper supports, & metal hood.

I have really good suspension too. I had a Neuspeed Upper Front, Upper Rear, Lower Rear tie-bars. I also had a Neuspeed rear sway bar, front sway bar bushings, camber kit on the front & rear. I was rolling on Toyo Proxes FZ4's with 90% tread left and the tires were also inflated to 50psi in the front and 45psi in the rear. My car was lowered with Ground Control(one finger gap) and had Tokico Illuminas Adj. Shocks set at 3 in the front and 4 in the rear. I had a Spoon Sports Carbon Fiber Hood(which didn't shatter btw) and a Spoon Sports Carbon Fiber Lip(ripped right off the bumper and landed 10 feet back from the car) with no spoiler or wing anymore. I didn't have any power steering too and I had a Momo Tornado 320mm steering wheel(which I didn't hit or bend).

I didn't have any airbag, but my passenger's side did go off. The airbag is really really tiny and I didn't see it inflate, just pop out. I thought the airbag was going to come out really big and all. My right leg broke off the key while it was in the ignition, so my leg still really hurts like a mofo. I had my seatbelt on, like I always do and that's were I sustained some damaged. The seatbelt locked up really really tight when I struck the cement barrier. I had to be taken off to the UC Davis Med Center on a stretcher with a neck brace, because of really really bad chest & neck pains. I could hardly breath and all. It was scary, feeling that every breath you take hurts so much that you don't even want to breath. But, I wanted to stay with my car and see where they were going to take her. I had a lot of expensive stuff in there that I didn't want any of it stolen. They said I needed medical attention right away, but I didn't care about myself at the time. It's really hard to see something that you put a lot of time & money into, just end like that in only 10 seconds right before your eyes, and to see the aftermath just made me want to die right there. I started to pick up all the pieces of my JDM lights, the HID bulbs, the carbon fiber pieces, and even going after my carbon fiber lip. Everyone was wondering if I was O.K., and wondering why I walking towards the lip, since it was trashed. My car was smoking too and it wouldn't start either. When my car died, I felt a piece of me die with it too. It's really hard to explain, but I just hope that none of you guys ever experience it, like I did.

I'm still in a lot of pain and I have a hard time breathing and moving around.

Just remember for all you out there, no matter what you do behind the wheel, always buckle up. I don't want to sound like a commerical or something, but that's what saved my life, for real.

I know I will have to get another car now. I decided on staying away from getting another Integra. I don't want to feel like I can replace her, because I can't. I talked to my parents about me getting a BMW, new or used. I don't think a M3 is realistic, since I will be using the money I get from insurance and then make payments. I was thinking of maybe the new 325Ci in a coupe or sedan. I want the 330Ci, but they start out at around $33K. I want to get a lot of options for about that price, but not start out at that price. I want to get everything in it all at one time. It already has like 185HP with 245TQ. I know they make superchips for BMW's, so I could just add that with a K&N Filter. I wonder if a ZEX nitrous could be added to it, since I had already ordered it for my Integra. No major mods this time on the new car, I'm not even sure if AAA will cover all my mods, JDM Front, HID, Spoon Hood & Lip, JRSC, I/H/E, cam gears, GC, Adj. shocks, Volk Wheels, etc. I put like $18K worth of mods into my car, that's not including labor too. My car is worth about $16K with tax, since it was a '98 Integra LS with only 24,800 miles on it. I will talk with my insurance adjuster tomorrow.

MouhadIb - So, you want to buy my driver's side mirror or do you want the rear view mirror inside the car? Name your price and I'll let you know.

randomwalk101 - No I'm not in Japan. I live in Sacramento, CA and I just put that real Japanese license plate on my car too. It was put on my car to complete the whole JDM look that I was going for.

228GSR - I'm glad my car has help others make really good decision in modifying their car. It took me about two year since I bought it in '98 to make my car look and run the way it did.

That's a damn shame, I have been dreaming of a type-r face lift for my 4-door for about a year and can't even imagine what it would feel like to actually have one and then for that to happen. The most important thing is that you're ok though, thank God for seatbelts.

Now that is someone who knows that the physical pain is nothing compared to the pain of losing your BELOVED car! Props to you man!

As far as the mirror goes I would like to get the mirror from the driver's side. Not the one that's on the inside. I'll give you $10 for the mirror. Let me know!
